Meet the Team
Stacey Baker – Co-Founder & Program Director
Stacey is the creative force behind CCF’s programs, ensuring that every workshop delivers a meaningful and immersive experience for participants. With a background in education and creative industries, she combines storytelling expertise with a deep understanding of how young minds learn best. Stacey is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where kids and teens feel safe to express themselves, experiment with ideas, and build confidence on and off camera.
Simon Baker – Co-Founder & Lead Facilitator
Simon is a filmmaker, photographer, and creative entrepreneur with a passion for helping young people tell their stories through film. As a seasoned director and producer, he brings real-world industry experience to CCF, ensuring participants gain practical skills while having a blast. Simon’s approach to teaching filmmaking is hands-on, engaging, and always focused on making something great together.
