How We Support NDIS Families

Making Filmmaking Accessible for Everyone

At Crash Cam Films (CCF), we believe that creativity should be accessible to all. Our hands-on filmmaking workshops provide a fun, inclusive, and skill-building experience for young people of all abilities. If your family receives NDIS funding, you may be able to use it to participate in our workshops.

This page explains how our programs align with NDIS goals and how you can access them using your funding.

How Our Workshops Align with NDIS Funding

CCF workshops are designed to support NDIS participants by fostering essential life skills, social engagement, and creative expression.
Our programs align with several NDIS Capacity Building Supports, including:

  • Enhances planning and organizational skills as participants manage their projects.

  • Builds resilience and adaptability by working through creative challenges.

3. Communication and Self-Expression

  • Empowers participants to express themselves through film and storytelling.

  • Develops verbal and non-verbal communication skills in a dynamic and engaging way.

  • Provides a structured yet flexible environment to foster confidence and creativity.

4. Personal Development and Emotional Well-being

  • Encourages self-confidence by giving participants a voice and platform to share their ideas.

  • Provides a safe and supportive space for participants to engage at their own pace.

  • Celebrates achievements with a tangible final product – a completed short film.
