Workshop Schedule
10:00 - Arrival & Introduction (20 min)
Welcome, meet the team, and overview of the day’s production.
10:20 - Script Read-Through & Role Assignments (30 min)
Cast and crew review the script, block scenes, and get familiar with their roles.
10:50 - Filming Part 1 (75 min)
Shoot the first half of the film, focusing on key scenes and performances.
12:05 - Break (20 min)
Rest, reset, and refuel before jumping back into production.
12:25 - Filming Part 2 (75 min)
Finish shooting, capturing the remaining scenes and any extra footage needed.
1:40 - Lunch Break (40 min)
A chance to relax before heading into post-production.
2:20 - Post-Production & Screening Prep (60 min)
Edit the footage, add sound, and polish the final film for viewing.
3:20 - Screening & Wrap-Up (40 min)
Watch the completed short film, celebrate the teamwork, and reflect on the experience.
4:00 - Workshop Concludes
Participants leave with a film they helped create and memories to share!
